We didn't set out to build another HR platform

We built Zigtal because a structural problem kept showing up across enterprises. One that existing systems weren't solving.

Organizations had the tools: learning platforms, performance cycles, hiring pipelines. What they lacked was a clear, reliable read on workforce readiness. The investment was there. The clarity wasn't.

Zigtal was built to change that ratio.
